Nancy Nelson is Plumb’s Internal Controller and Human Resources Manager. She oversees the internal accounting team, daily office operational staff as well as directs all financial and HR activities as a member of Plumb’s Executive Team.
Nancy joined Plumb as their Internal Accounting Manager in 2019 as Accounting Manager and soon became a valued member of Plumb’s executive team. She brings with her 30 years of executive team leadership and has held a variety of positions during her 30+ year career including Chief Financial Officer for a nationally recognized real estate firm and President of a specialized electronics, manufacturing, and direct sales enterprise.
Nancy graduated from California State University, Los Angeles with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. She has been a member of the Board of Directors for Palomar Health Foundation in San Diego.
Nancy is married and resides in the Coachella Valley/Palm Desert region in Southern California with her husband and has 4 children and 5 grandchildren
