Plumb’s retirement savings plans offer a diversified lineup of investment options on both a pre-tax, 401k and after-tax Roth IRA — all subject to IRS limits, of course. Team members become eligible immediately to participate in the plans, and we add a company match after your first full year of employment.

Founded in 1996, LLŪM (previously known as “The Accounting Group”) was one of the first outsourced accounting firms created in southern California. Now, with four office locations and hundreds of clients, LLŪM's growth and reputation has flourished.
