Justin Atneyel is the President of LLUM, an outsourced accounting firm providing CFO-level accounting services to corporations across various industries, with a specialized focus in construction and real estate. Following the acquisition of LLŪM’s Outsourced Corporate Accounting division, Justin now leads the newly independent firm, overseeing client service delivery, operations, and national growth strategy. In his role, Justin manages a team of Staff Accountants, Accounting Managers, and Controllers who provide fractional accounting, project-based work, and interim CFO services to clients nationwide. He also leads the company’s marketing and business development efforts, focusing on expanding its client base and industry reach. Prior to Plumb and LLŪM, Justin served as Controller and CFO for a startup manufacturing and engineering firm, where he built and led the accounting and HR departments, scaling the company from under five employees to over 25, with revenues exceeding $10 million. Justin graduated Cum Laude in the top 10% of his class from Pepperdine University with a degree in Business Management, with an emphasis in Accounting. He is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society.
